Your wedding florals should frame your day, not forcibly upstage it.
Do you want your reception dressed in overflowing, garden-style blooms (full of texture, movement, and a little whimsy) instead of tight, uniform flower balls in loud colors? We thought so.
We love grandmas, but these are not your grandma's wedding flowers. You're marrying your person and life is short. Let's get wild and free with your floral arrangements.

Mark the spot where the magic happens. Think arches draped in trailing greenery, florals traveling up your sweetheart table, or a ceremony backdrop that looks like it grew there on its own. We design site-built floral art meant to interact with its surroundings, rather than sitting on top of them.

Effortlessly gathered, textured, and a little undone. The kind of personal flowers that photograph as well in motion as they do standing still. We build in seasonal, garden-grown blooms in sophisticated, story-driven color palettes, so what you're holding feels like you, not a catalog page.

Whether it's a single long, lush runner of blooms and candlelight down the center of your table, or a scattering of smaller arrangements that let conversation (and wine) flow freely, we design centerpieces that set the mood without getting in the way of it.

Freedom From Restraint
That gestural, "grown-in" feel reminiscent of still-life paintings. Texture, color, and line are the hallmarks of an Idyllwild floral creation . As florists designing in the stunning Hudson Valley, we keep it loose and garden-like, but never weedy.
We respect an errant tulip or a wayward vine for its sense of adventure, and we feature seasonal foliage prominently, because we love nature (and we hope you do too).
We pore over seasonal bloom varieties, colors, shapes, and textures to create a magical environment for your guests, without leaving your wedding feeling overstuffed or precious.

The arrangements were just breathtaking
...lush, romantic, and complemented our outdoor venue perfectly."

Make a list of what you need — installations, personal flowers, centerpieces — and gather images that feel like you. (We love Pinterest for this.) Send it our way through the contact form along with your favorite colors, flowers you love, and anything else you'd like to share. Custom floral design projects require a minimum spend of $7,500.
We'll likely follow up with a few questions to get a clear sense of your aesthetic. If it feels like a good fit, we'll send a preliminary quote and set up a Zoom consultation to walk through a visual proposal.
If it feels right on both sides, we'll send over a booking agreement and payment schedule. Sign, pay the deposit, and you're booked.
